Erika Kirkland, House Director
Our house director is Erika Kirkland! Erika is finishing up her first year here at Theta and has loved every minute of working here at the KAT house. Prior to working at Theta, Erika spent 12 years as a house director at another sorority here at UNL. Erika is passionate about working with college women, and loves being a part of the Greek community here at UNL.
Theta is a wonderful place to call ‘home’ during your college years. As a Theta, you’ll receive constant encouragement to try new things, to study hard, and to meet new people within the UNL community. Thetas are so much fun, and the house is always full of energy, positivity and laughter. As the house director at Theta, Erika strives to get to know each member, and genuinely cares about each Theta.
In addition to working at Theta, Erika is also a high school and competitive cheerleading coach. When she is not at the Theta house or coaching cheerleading, Erika can be found volunteering for several charitable organizations within our community or spending time with her friends and family.
